This print is inspired by the flowers I saw on walks after work around the Bay Area. I concentrated on using yellow and purple flowers that reminded me of the evening light. It is an original composition featuring the wild botanicals of the California foothills and California garden flowers. Captured here are cosmos, wild lilies, zinneas, daisies, thistles and scabiosas on soft black watercolor paper.
